There are a lot of features that I'm looking for. Some of which I've seen tutorials for, some that I haven't.

    Basics
-Server, client, and a cache editor that works with the server and client.

    Server Content
-Custom skills along with custom skill guide interfaces when you click on the skills in the skill tab.
-Player owned shops OR Grand Exchange. I would prefer shops, especially if you can search by item or username.
-Ability to create custom Items and NPCs. I'm not huge on customs but I do want to add dragon to smithing along with many other skilling changes.
    -Ability to create custom interfaces.
-Summoning BoBs would be ideal. Boss pets would also be nice.
    -Clean combat system.
    -No dupes.
    -All working skills.

umm, most servers released here have this content?

I'm assuming the client you'll be using is a 317, you're able to create custom interfaces on there it does not matter what server or client you download, you will need to learn the "ability to create custom interfaces" or pay someone to do them for you.

Also the ability to create custom items. You will need to get into contact with a modeller, or learn yourself. There is no such content that automatically generates a custom model. Custom npcs are very easy to add to the 317 client, there are a few tutorials readily available, just gotta do a quick google search.

There are also MANY cache editors that work with most caches.

Honestly not much thought has been put into this buying thread, but good luck

-I haven't seen a server doing what I want to do. I'm basically redesigning the skills so that they are useful from level 1 to 99.
-Custom interfaces I haven't seen a tutorial that worked for me. I don't mind paying someone to teach me how to do them either.
-I don't need to "make" custom items per se, but being able to recolor existing items and putting the newly colored item under a different item id.
-Custom NPCs are less of a priority. Can you re-color NPCs easily?
-I haven't had any luck with cache editors. I even subscribed to RSCedit but can't get it to work the way it was intended.

Most of my problems are due to lack of experience with RSPS. I've only ever really copy/paste content, but I'm at the point now where I want to learn.

    Thank you for your response.
