$1700 in total of donations

Hello!
Me and a group of fellow Ruse based players (all got way too many hours playing) created a project, as we wanted to build a perfect server.
The source is Ruse V2, and I've done as much work to it as I can. I'm not a dev, I've been following tuts on rune-server thanks to the generous helpers on here.
I've now hit my limit of ability, and we'll be requiring a proper dev to join the team.
Of course, the developer will be rewarded. 15% of donations will go to the developer, and this will increase if the work is good and our server is as successful as we hope. (We aim to make no profit, use the funds to pay for ads, developer & other costs)
The things that need to be done before we can launch the server are:
Create Donator ranks and benefits
Adjust Ranks (simple really, SS can currently kick Owner etc)
Create a donator zone (simple one to begin with, more zones for higher tiers can come later)
Few small things
After launch we intend to add more content slowly, when players feel like they need more content or when we need to money sink. We already have some content that we've disabled ready for launch, so doesn't take too much effort to enable it again.
If you're interested in joining the team, drop me a message!
Many thanks.
Gl lol
Thanks
15% is not a lot for a developer tbh
"and this will increase if the work is good"
Assuming they don't have the funds to pay a developer an hourly or task based rate whilst the server is in development,
I doubt they have the funds to pay for advertising and such so 15% of donations from a server that will most likely never amount to anything isn't really worth it.
We're paying developer(s) right now via an hourly rate and the server is pretty much clean with most content upcoming for the next 6 months ready to enable.
Let's say $300 a week donations, $45 per week to do 1 hours work max.
I'd be happy to work an hour for $45.
Don't know why you all judge with 0 facts, RS is toxic af.
I could do some tasks, not looking for a dev spot though.
