[Ruse] Client & Cache updating/adding latest OSRS content

Hey lads,

Looking for someone that's willing to add the latest OSRS Data (maps/animations/models/textures etc.) to my Ruse 317/RS2 hybrid.
Learning java programming but not knowledged enough to port that stuff enough as I have no proper understanding of how that would be handled client-wise for example.

Willing to pay.
