Hello folks, i'm looking to spend about 2 grand.
I know exactly what I want and I want eco/pk hyperion base preferred
I want a donation system set up
I want forums set up
basically I want everything set up for me with a Perfect server edited to my pleasing
i'm looking to spend about 2gs and no I don't want anybody's shitty ass ruse, or [pi]

To be honest it's not really reasonable to expect no bugs for any amount of money let alone "only" 2 grand. Even the biggest servers that are worth tens of thousands or more have bugs. Even OSRS has bugs.
