[317] Someone To Code my Launcher and Login Screen!

Ello Rune-Server,
Looking for someone to code in my custom Launcher and my Login Screen.
Must have a good reputation and be trusted.
Must work smoothly and for the Launcher, I want it to be clickable, checks for updates.
Also for my Login Screen, must be fully functional.
Will be paying, obviously.

My reputation is growing, kinda new to rune-server and i have 5 vouches (not many im aware but its better than 0)

This person has still yet to pay me for the services I've done for him in the past as well as what he has promised for me (We basically settled on many services that I'd do for him, but he simply stopped speaking to me after a while). I never received a penny from this person either.
