I'm currently looking to bring on a content developer for the re launch of Saradomin(317).
Currently my team is doing rather well to meet their deadline. I am very trusted, a proven marketer in the RSPS scene (And outside). I have a significant amount of people who would vouch for my professionalism and my skill level. Im confident within the first month we will hit 100-200. The Second month 300+, if not more. (By this time I've proven this, itll be to late to consider)
In order to do this properly I need to ensure everything is perfect. So much has been fixed and reworked to an already nearly custom base. Over two years of modifications and improvements to a visionary source, with over 20 pages of solid commits on Bitbucket. At one point with a solid 15 enterprise developers actively working on the project.
We are currently using Jira for issue management, bitbucket for the repository, Slack for development and team discussion.
All pushes will be subject to code review and approval by my Lead Developer. You must be able to meet deadlines given. Deadlines are decided based on information you give me, and are always within reason and respect to your personal life, and may be modified under circumstance.
I have a very realistic view of every issue still left in the game from the last successful run. I will be funding this to the top. I'm hopeful your interested in joining the Saradomin Team and being at the top along with us.

I am looking for someone who is known in the community. A name with value is important. It shows the work that has been done already is solid and isnt sloppy. A person who has a name, means he also has a name to lose. This ensure me I am not going to get screwed over, files released, things along those lines.
The development team isnt as big as it was. Currently my development team is busy and stacked with work, and had 2 developers who don't have time and have left the project. Some developers on my team have requested their name not be posted. With that said, I decided to not post any names.
Currently I have one developer working on coding my website design. My other developer is working on our integration, rewriting our saving and loading, working on our security and middleware.

We have a realistic view of all the bugs left in the game on Jira from last launch and all betas we need someone to pick up this slack to ensure we meet our deadline. I have significant views and visions for the client of which I need to be done, aswell as our new client login screen and all features to go with it.
He is one of my oldest RSPS contacts dating back when to when I ran Myth-scape/Final Judgement. He has been just about every staff rank on my servers and I have even been staff on his servers in the past. I will be assisting with some of the testing as well with this project as I see huge promise in this project considering how long it has been in development.
From my experience, Ruz has no issue throwing down money to get the job down nor has ever shown anything but the top notch part of professional mannerism in my dealings with him. I would suggest him (probably xD) even to some real life employers if he asked me if I could be used as a reference that is how much I truly respect Ruz.

Launch is expected very very shortly. Not gonna say a date yet. Payment will be in a solid negotiated percent due to the high amount of money going into funding the successful launch.
Developer will be more then compensated for all work done, with a higher then average payment for the amount of work done and bonuses given based on upfront work.

You gave no information about the actual product. What is the progress henceforth? What vision do you have for the server? Who is currently on the team? How long have you been in development for?

Its clear you didn't read the topic. I stated the progress, with a past thread of its launch, to some top developers on the project, to the time its been under development aswell as how much has been done. Its quite clear I already have top developers. If I wanted to share the vision, that's going to be on the terms of someone being hired, and not just let all my ideas out.
Frankly, and I mean this kindly. Your failure to read the topic and notice the points you needed to notice already would make you someone whos not my choice.
Im in contact with many top developers already who have contacted me regarding this job.
I have the past experience and team, which should provide enough confidence to a top developer to contact me and find the details they need to make a final decision.
