Buying OS-Based RSPS Client + Server - Large Budget

Hey guys,

I am looking to buy a server and client for an OS-based RSPS -
Primarily interested in a PVP based server - I am obviously looking for the most features possible - show me something worth looking at.
- Also looking for most updated item list for OSRS.

I am open to previous projects people have worked on. I am also open to private stuff.
Please either PM me or post below anything you guys may have.

I am obviously looking for code that isn't made in an amateur fashion.


Please supply media/features/update logs, etc.

Budget: $100+
(If you think your code is worth substantially more than that, let's talk - I am willing to fully compensate for anything that is deemed valuable).
