Thread: Hiring Full Time Developer(s) [Client][Server]

How many worlds do you plan to have? Idk if starting off as a multi world server is the best idea as it splits your playerbase. Pretty sure Os-Scape did it by merging servers or something over time once they build up playerbase. Nevertheless, good luck finding developers, though you may need a few very active ones to be working on multiple worlds.

Multiple worlds is just a thought at the moment, as pk bots, although they are great pkers and difficult to kill, the loot they will give out will fluctuate the economy too much so the only options were to minimize their loot (thus minimizing the incentive to fight them) or to have a world with pk bots and a world without.

But once i find decent developers, they will be able to bring a better understanding of it all, as ive only every worked on servers, never owned 1 or watched one grow etc

Ive tried this,

Only problem is i work full time and alot of over time, which makes it hard for me to get online alot to check if youve finished properly/if im happy with the service so people have to wait 2-3 days minimum for me to get online and pay.

And i will never go first, only view the work completed over team viewer and then pay etc
