Good luck but the best you'll find has most likely already been released for download.

Hello guys,
As some of you saw, I'm done with higher revisions rsps. And I'm starting after all these years to try out the lower ones and start a OSRS PVP server. Therefore, I'm planning to buy a good base to start with. I understand that the base will have bugs, glitches and whatever. But I want a base that really worth paying for.
- Some of the content I'm look for is :
- As high as possible OSRS data
- Hd textures
- fog
- Hd minimap
- Basically, a really good base
