Looking for Ruse based client/server work done

I cannot rely on the guy I'm using now. I need a client developer for Ruse base.

Things I need done:

OSRS Data, maps, npcs, items, anims, gfx. Also need the npcs coded server sided. Whole nine.
Help with a few bugs on my client loading screen.

There are several other things I need, but if you can tackle the data, you can probably do everything else.

I understand this is asking a lot, but I'm not offering chump change. If you're serious and CAN do this, please post here AND THEN pm me your Skype if you like. Not the other way around.

do you only need parts of osrs data? or full osrs data?

Parts. All noteable items, npcs, maps, anims, gfx. Just the ones we're all looking for.
