You're better off downloading the free ones, on a low budget of $30 you aren't going to get anything decent. Just someone trying to sell you something that you can download for free.

I doubt you'll be able to get anything better than [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] for $30.
Ruse has toggleable 525 gameframe.

This guy isn't able to send money.

We ended up being able to figure something out and I sold him a base for $50 USD. Happy to have sold him it!
