Looking for developer (Paying)

Well I'm the owner of SlashZone, as many of you have heard of that awesome rsps, now it's going back online. The reason why the server shut down is because my old developer quit and he stole the money. I know how to develop, but I basically don't have much time. SlashZone used to have 100+ players (N#1 RSW - N#6 RUNELOCUS &more). I'm looking for a really good developer who can handle developing 317->667. How much am I going to pay? I have an awesome deal! We can share donations 50-50 no scams or even you can take 75%! It's all according to the amound of money we get($1000-3000/Month). You will also get Co-Owner (Community Manager) rank! if you want proof that SlashZone used to have 100+ players, you can youtube it. (Lots of vids on youtube)
