Community Manager / Advertiser
Hello guys, I am looking for a community manager/advertiser for Elveron. This position is either free (you get to be part of a growing and potential community) or paid, depending on your skills, qualifications, etc. Elveron has suffered to issues over the summer with a co owner and my absence due to a summer job. We are trying to recover from the devastation and have been working our way back up from 2-3 players just a month ago. We tend to keep players for a long time that join, however we are having trouble getting our name out there. I am looking for someone who can use social media, connections, any means to maintain a great public image, maintain the community, and get the word of our server out there.
If you have questions, I will be willing to answer them in more detail eg. what I am looking for, what are the main components of the job, etc. via Skype.
What I am looking for:
-Ability to spend many hours each day with the community.
-Experience with RuneScape Private Servers and how they work.
-Maturity and social skills with the players on the server.
-Ability to host events, engage the community, manage the forums, etc.
-Advertising skills in which we can expand our server.
-Collaboration with the community on ideas for new content and fixes.
-Quality interactions with the players, getting to know them well, turning new players into loyal players.
What is not required/included:
-Coding knowledge, you are not a developer.
-Web development or forum skills (but its a plus!).
-You will NOT have vps access, although you will be able to update and restart the server.
