So, just as the title says, I'm looking to hire a developer. Well... 'Hire' would probably be a bad word, let me rephrase that. I'm looking to have a developer join my team for a perm role.
~Requirements
Decent knowledge of Java, specifically in RSPS. Good knowledge overall in Java in general would be advantageous.
Happy to skype and has very good english.
Very good availability during the week.
Know your way around a 667/718 based server.
Decent knowledge of MySQL - Queries and what not.
Common sense
Laid back/easy to get along with personality
Determination/Imagination/Committed/Passionate to making a difference
Wanting to do this not so much for the money but because you're passionate.

~Tasks
Daily maintenance on the server code. - Looking through the code and re-writing things that could be done better for efficiency purposes.
General bug fixes.
Cache editing, adding new items, possibly customs if they're very very very good.
Adding new content such as custom skills/minigames/new bosses and more.

Weekly pay out - negotiable depending on your skill set. Rough estimate of $10-$100 per week or per 2 weeks.
