Website Developer Wanted! Paying.

I need a Website Developer, To develop the Website of Artistry.
Artistry718, is a new Server. Has been online for a few days, At the minute we've achieved to reach the amount of 19 players online, at one time.
Which is of course a great achievement.
But we feel to attract more players, the best thing is, to get a really nice Forums & website.

So, I'm looking for a Website developer, Yes I am paying Upfront, once the Website has been made. You will also, get Staff and be awarded 10% of all donations, if the Forums are up to my standard.
