Created a webpage for this guy, everything was there. Asked him to upload the desired background to his website then send me the link to it so that I may link it correctly - denied to do so. Question him about payment seeing as I DID create his webclient page for him, refused to pay.

Took my work without paying. DO NOT work for this guy, AT ALL.

You didn't Do what I wanted, and so I didn't Pay.
