Thread: Hunger games looking for an active developer.

The hunger Games server is now requiring one more active developer for the project.

About Hunger Games

Hunger Games is a server, where players join & wait for the game to start. After the game starts, people will have to collect the best items, and kill each other for score & points.
With these points they will purchase new kits and enjoy the game.

There are many features for this game, that I can not really explain here.

Requirements:

• Listening to orders on what should be done.

• Be trustworthy, we will ask when you'll be avaible the next day, we should be able to rely on your answer.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Able to browse forum sections to see what needs to be done.

• Atleast 2 hours a day to spend on JavaDevelopment.

• 1 Year+ of Java experience, or be experienced enough for our project.

• Be able to troubleshoot.

• Don't be lazy.

What we have done:

• Waiting room, game start timing, player count required to start a game.

• Kit selection with interface & information about the kit you're about the select.

• Interfaces that shows information about the game and when it's about to start, your score and how many players that are left.

• Game start players get teleport to a random location in the Wilderness, using the clipping system.

• Random items appearing on the floor, from the difficulty array.

• Kill player, player gets teleported back to the waiting room, and annouces: Player was killed by player with a < Spell || Arrow || Weapon name >.

• Killing players gives score.

• Get score for picking up items.

• Hunger system.

• Die with 0 hunger with the following message: Player has starved to death!

• Announcements about the games status.

• Game ends with 1 player left, players return to the waiting room and getting ready to start the next game.

• Also announcing winner, and winner gets 2,000 experience, and 2 Points, A query will be sent to our web-server with the updated points count & information.

• Login with forums username & password.

• Website panel: Buy kits, see your info, highscores, and more.

• Admin panel: Ban players, Mute players, manage players, manage games, and more.

• And a lot more...

These things are what we've already done.


Developers will get paid a big percent's after the release of this project.
