You will never find a server with 100% bug free and dupe free!!, I am serius.. It always exist dupes.. and bugs.. You will just have to find em.. I can easily find bugs and dupes on any source with just enough time..
The real runescape got it too.. Just that no 1 have maybe found em yet.. I am sure no server can be 100% dupe free.. SoulSplit said the same 2 months later some people found a brand new dupe.. with magical spells.. So.. yeah..
