Thread: Seek Developers [Paying]

Dear Community, I'm submitting this thread on multiple RuneScape private server development communities. I'm seeking developers who're avidly keen to positively contribute to a RuneScape private server.

Some of you may have seen the "spoof" server HashCake, me and a few members dedicatedly developed that project together. However, it died because of our unreliable community manager who abandoned the project (I guess he has too much shame to even come and talk to me and give me a reason, haven't heard from him since). In this new project I will not let this happen, this is why I'm going to paying ALL contributors to the project a percentage of the nett income.

What I'm looking for;

Web developers who're experienced and confident working with PHP and mySQL code.
Java developers who're experienced and confident working with Java code.
Graphic designers to design or improve a website template for the community, please note: It's always best to show some of your work.

What you must have;

- A positive attitude, I will never accept any applications from people who're stubborn, ignorant or not open to ideas. Please bare in mind that your application may be rejected due to circumstances that the position you've applied for has already been nominated. So no hard feelings if you're not selected.

- A adequate time availability, I don't expect you to be assisting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I except at minimum 2 hours daily. This will give all use time to inform one another about changes that are upcoming or that have happened. There is an exception for graphics designers, you can work any time provided you get the work finished by a date.

- A positive attitude and no lying. A positive attitude meaning that you're for the project you will never jeopardise the project in any way and also you must never lie about ANYTHING to do with the project, if you're caught you will be demoted short and simple.

- You must have maturity, you must not be a twelve year old with the intelligence of a jelly bean.

I won't go into too much detail about profit and all that ordeal. Basically you get paid depending on what the server earns, you don't get a "set" income, you get a figure depending on the profits. Priority is for server costs etc.
