Paying for someone to help me put a server online

Hello guys,

Im paying an rs membership that will be purchased from my phone for whoever can help me with the following:

Put my server online from the start,I already have a registered NO-IP,I have a rune-legacy source that I will use,plus I have their client.
Also,I will need to know,since Im using a laptop,will I need to connect a blue wire that is connected to my belkin router which provides the internet for the house,will I need it to plug it in my laptop for only myself to be able to log in and nobody else,or I dont need to plug the wire in to host from my laptop only for myself to log in and test shit out,

Also I will only be trusting trusted members to do this for me,so post here and your skype and I will add you now.

Still looking,come on guys there must be someone out there who needs an rs membership and knows this and does have a high rep

You know if you pay for someone's RS membership via phone and they help you yada yada all's good but later you just got to tell your phone company it wasn't me and then runescape locks the account that had to membership at the end leaving you as a winner and the other person accounts locked.... nothing against you but I would never ever do something for a phone rs membership only pre-paid cards...

Woah...never knew that myself lol,anyways thanks for telling,I guess I will sell the pin for cash or something and then pay them with rsgp to help,also my phone is just payasyougo card so its not from a company card:D

Well,hmm I know what you mean but I have been only playing rsps for past years and never had the motivation to start coding myself or doing something,so I had this idea to why not try it myself but I really never had one up so Im a noob in this kind of things and its ok to give your opinion
