Paying for Web Designer

I'm great with PHP, but not so great with designing the website itself. It's not horrible but it could be so much better.

I am paying for an ACTUAL Web Designer, I don't want some Joomla/shit template you downloaded.

I want it to be themed the same as this one is, but of course look much nicer to the eyes. All I need is an index page, with whatever is in the content area surrounded with a box, and also a table inside it to look nice with my current home page updates.

Price will be negotiated but obviously because I am only asking for an index, it's not going to be too outrageous. I'm thinking $10-$20.

If anyone else has an offer, I have updated my website and I'm quite satisfied now, though I know it could still be a bit better.

If you believe you can make it look nicer the offer still stands, otherwise closed.

Don't believe these guys their pathetic, go with some one with experience. I have designed many sites and have done many integrations. I am still doing some work and completing my person portfolio, though my web hosting site which you can find on my profile demonstrates my skills.

Thanks, I knew that. Bells was most likely spamming for post count anyway. I just wanted to see if they could make a decent website.

Sadly, the post above my last one was not the least bit a web designer, I looked up his email and he was actually trying to pay someone to install a forum and make them a website.
