    Account comes from the stats-wipe ban back in 2002/03. The website above shows all of the usernames that were banned back then, and this account is listed there.
    This list was originally released by Andrew I believe in the RuneScape update post of that week. Etc etc.

    I am in contact with some others that own an account like this, our consensus is there are maybe 4-5 accounts like this publicly known to exist.

    Hitpoints get boosted because of in-game boosts. When the boosts wear off, my hp isn’t set back to 100, I guess because the game doesn’t know it’s below 1000. The hp will set back to 100 in events like death.
