1 or 2 recovery tests can be done to avoid the possibility of recovering the account back.
Doesnt change the fact that original owner can always recover it at anytime.
Hence why I said 1 or 2 tests. The 2nd recovery test, original information will be used to see if the account can be recovered back. If it gets recovered back, then it's up to the buyer to take the risk.
There isn't really a way in cases like this to completely remove the chance of recovering the account back.
All trades involve a risk.
