You're way off, even though you have the membership for that long, you have to think of all that training to make your account even near decent. RS3 is mainly about overloads with drygores and torva using a tokhaar-kal and going to vorago or kk..
It'd take a shit load of time to even get your account near anything to compete with any sort of boss. You can get maxed mains for 150$ and no bank and build the bank off the stats that are easily done with the account.
