A resume of success with investments, marketing and management would be more appropriate for the matter.

I think he meant your past RSPS experience - didn't have to be development experience rather what servers you have successfully funded or have been part that are of note.

I haven't been part of any major rsps projects yet.
I do however have experience outside of the rsps scene (as implied in my previous responds) and i am looking forward to gain some more practical experience with rsps as well.
