Buying eoc gold and items!

I will be buying eoc gold and items, gold for .50 a mill and we can talk about item prices. Here are some of my rules:
1. I will NOT go first. ( I don't have vouches yet but I will very soon)
2. I will NOT give any refunds.
3. I will NOT talk to any trolls etc.
4. I will only be on during the weekend, but I can talk on skype during the week.
5. I will only pay with paypal.
6. I will spend no more than $200.
Those are the basic rules I have, I can't think of any more but I will in the future.

I am legit, the reason I have no vouches yet is simply because I am starting to sell accounts, gold, and items.
