Conflicting where? I don't think so, but it is only my own vision.

We ignore DMCA abuses, that means we respect privacy from clients. We don't give any data easily, to 3rd parties or other organizations, except with a court order from local law, where is datacenter located.

For those reasons, we respect client privacy. We don't monitorize what they are doing, unless we receive a abusive complaint / criminal, that is against law in our country.
We have strict rules, that should be followed. Of course, doing Phishing, Scam, DDoS is not allowed and if is reported or if is detected will be suspended.

We only act, when client doesn't respect our Rules. We keep it simple.

For Dedicated servers: 1Gbps shared we also have 1Gbps Dedicated port

It will depend of your provider in China.. Don't expect excellent pings to there. Since they are very very faraway.

If you ping from Europe (depends on what country and connection you have) to Hong Kong - China, you probably will have 200-250 or more than that.
