Hi, just wondering what the typical ticket response time is. I noticed you guys don't have any chat support and I just want to know that If I have issues I won't be left for 24 hours without service.

We have limited stock on our lower machines as they are deployed onto different servers than our other plans. Once space frees up, stock will be available. We're working on deploying more servers in the future.

It's ideally up to the ticket query. We attempt to have a resolution on our first response to any customer no matter the query. We have a fully staffed team monitoring our ticket queue and we typically respond within 10 to 30 minutes.
