    i Second this, its been almost 48 hours, and no word has been said.
    I'm aware of the maintenance on their servers, but i'd like to know when its coming back online.
    the lack of communication is just making my entire experience with rawhost a shamdble.

    Every host suffers from critical maintenance at times, RawHost will be back up very soon. Don't judge a company by one bad result when it has 100 good ones.

    true that, does the code work still?
    it doesnt seem that it works for me

    I deeply apologise for any inconvenience caused to any of our customers, we have been working non-stop for the past 48 hours attempting to fix the issue on the specified servers,
    it seems nothing short of a full reinstall will work and as such we are currently backing up all data for it to be moved onto new servers.

    An announcement was emailed to all customers, new and old, informing them of the maintenance work. Unfortunately I cannot go through and reply to each user individually via Skype.

    Just to let everyone know, this is nowhere near all of our services, only 7 active VPS' have been affected.
