Thread: Webhosting project

Hello everyone, my name is David Meadows, I have owned 2 webhosting companies, Mi-Webs, and Mi-Hosts, both were successful, and I am thinking about getting back into it for a side job when I am not working at my real job. I have some good experience with the following.


= WHMCS
= some webdesign/coding
= advertising
= support
= sales
= marketing
= cpanel

I am going to be saving up money to get this started and I am looking for a partner(s). I plan to start getting everything ready well before I open the website up, do all the testings that need to be done to make sure the site is professional, ect.

Types of partners I will be looking for:

= Webdesigner(s)
= Billing/Support Team Member(s)
= Sales Representative(s)
= Video Maker(s)
= Advertisers



The plan is we keep in contact on skype, and let everyone know what is going on at all times as far as the website designing, video making process, and our goals for the site. I am in need of people that have at the least 3 months experience in all of these fields, Billing/Support Sales Reps, and Advertisers are an exception to little or no experience. There is no deadline to this project at this point in time, but I want to make sure everything is done right and professional. Everyone will be paid as the site starts generating revenue, there is a possibility that the webdesigner(s) and Video Maker(s) will be paid after the completion of the final designs/videos.

Experience: I have knowledge in HTML / CSS / Advertising / Sales and Support, I owned a few websites in my past and currently working on a website for the RSPS community uhm also helping a friend actually start off his webhost company with doing some graphic designs for him other than that im Self taught and enjoy the experience i gain each and everyday
Why you should be chosen for this task: I have pretty good experience in the jobs im applying for, i started getting into website developing along with Sales & Support Rep. and Advertising to gain traffic to a website ever since i was around age 12.
How can you benefit us?: I gain benefit you by actually getting involved in helping you get your webhost off the ground and also recommend friends and family about your webhosting site which will bring traffic and hopefully some sales.
