How long does it take for my service to be set up?
One business day. Although a select few of the products and services can be performed much quicker and generally are but depending on the backlog of incoming orders we guarantee one business day unless noted otherwise.
What am I allowed to host?
To avoid problems, only what is legal in US and Canada unless otherwise stated.
Will you migrate my hosting account from my previous provider?
Yes, if your control panel is migratable with DirectAdmin. We have experienced technicians that will completely migrate any forums, databases, software and data safely and securely. Contact our support email for inquiries.
How is the billing set up?
We accept PayPal and you can place your order through choosing your packages in the product's section automatically. We are also currently accepting Bitcoin for a limited time, please send a message to our email before you place your order if using Bitcoin.
