Let's not be fools here. It is quite common for companies to use a concept letter for similar subjects. Just because they're all looking a lot like one another doesn't make them fake.

I personally think that any half decent legal person would not make a basic typo like that (especially if they re-use the letter as a templet).

Very uncommon, but not impossible. Even lawyers are just humans as well (you'd be surprised to see how many typo's you find in most corporate, or even government letters).

What interests me more is that in formal letters, you don't use 19th - you just use the number. And that is a thing that could really betray them.

I haven't read the letter myself, but if I would I'm sure I'd find more flaws. This letter is likely fake and copied from some DMCA complaint which is published online.

I have to agree that a lot of them are fake. I have only received one before and I asked the hosting company to provide proof that the sender was legit and they could never prove it so they could not shut me down.
