A. If your account is marked has fraud we'll ask for additional information, such has a Utility Bill address must match the same address you used when registering for services with us at BudgetVDS.
Q. How long does it take to setup account
A. All accounts are activated within 2-4 hours for VPS Servers & 3-5 days for Dedicated Servers please do remember your activation process may take longer then usually has we do manually fraud checks after payment has been received.
Q. What is BudgetVDS Refund Policy.
A. Our VPS server has 15 days refund policy, We don't offer refunds for dedicated server unless the server you had order is out of stock.
Q. is BudgetVDS Resellers ?
A. No we're not resellers we lease are very own server from Hugeserver Network LLC, which is a registered business they own there own hardware. However, we're dedicated server resellers but we lease our own node for our VPS clients.
