    Have had 12+ hours of downtime right now. Support doesn't want to say more than: 'We are working on it', 'We don't know when its fixed'. Please tell me more details I am your customer for gods sake. Losing lots and lots of revenue right now. Will have a backup plan built next time because this is unacceptable.

    Same issue, told me it was fixed and been down 7 hours now.

    I'm requesting a refund and leaving, shit company.

    Highly suggest you do NOT use this company.

    I ordered a Dedicated server & have actually had more downtime than uptime. The support don't reply and when they do it's a typical scripted messaged and just don't care. I have been down for atleast 5 hours every day since using them and treated like i'm a problem when it's them using shit servers & not doing their job correctly.

    They refused to give me a refund. even though i used it for a week and as stated, have more downtime.

    Proof? Heres just today...

    You never credited, not once! You installed the wrong windows, that's your problem, not mine. You claim you're an official company, then i suggest you act like one. Your customer support is shit and nearly every review you have says the support is crap, maybe if you worked on your customer support and stopped making customers feel like it's their fault, you might get some decent reviews other than the select few who actually get what they pay for.

    You have just admitted to closing my account before the Dedicated server has expired, so you have broken the T&C's because now i can't access it regardless.

    Also you claim in paypal that it's "downloadable content" you're so unprofessional it's unreal. Lying about what you sell, pathetic.

    I opened a dispute because i didn't get what i should've and not even half way through the month. You lied to PayPal about what you sell and locked me out of all my accounts, i'm done arguing. I just don't recommend you.
