trentahost sucks. Had a lot of downtime, like a lot. Also lost pretty much all of my files (got corrupted) because of a downtime on their side..

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. However, we have experienced no outages towards our VPS servers in PTL (please note outages is for the full network and doesn't count towards end client VM's). In regards to corruption of files a network outage will not cause files to get corrupted we do however advise customers to keep their own off-site backups as our VPS products do not come with backups.

I recently left TrentaHost, but I had such a great experience with them! I would deff use them again, I left due to my needs could not be met ( I won't go into detail ), but they are super helpful, and a great host!
