I don't think that a lot of your reviews which are negative on webhostingtalk is a good indicator, especially when you are "temporarily banned" on there, for reasons that I can't really think of unless the reviews are true to their word.

When you have been doing this for a long time, you learn how to combat the reviews. Thing is nobody is ever going to write a positive review even though the majority of the customers are having a good experience. Users always review when it's bad to make a stance or statement, but if you read the bottom of every one of those reviews comments you'll see how the user is either upset about a refund policy or because we didn't accept their order for fraud.

In terms of the temporary ban - it's due a signature violation; and then once accidentally instead of posting the Reseller section link we posted our Reseller page link. But, the mods there stood by their decisions and that's okay, WHT is an amazing community and we are eager to jump back once the ban lifts up.

Well, if people don't tell us the issues we can't really do anything to fix it. Most of the people who post negative on here use a competitor or OVH... which is fine. We don't have an issue with it, but if any customer has an issue they are free to reach out to us and we will do our best to turn things around.

Next time someone tell you they hate us, have them contact us directly. No point in telling you as there's not much you could do to help them, but we surely can - Thank You
