Seems like the overall customer service is terrible and the orders are not being delivered on the time that this company promised.
This is how considerably decent sized companies start losing reputation overtime and profits start to decrease until they finally realize the existing issues.
@Freezia, get ur shit together and wake up. Hire more employees and invest into delivering a better customer service rather than increasing ur sales by giving discounts and promotions. What's the point of promotions & discounts if ur customer service is low quality and u are unable to deliver the orders on time.

Ticket got response 18 hours later, asking to send them some logs...Ivo: Hi Arnold. VPS ***.***.***.*** is crashing, rebooting vps did not help. Not beeing DDosed neither.
