    Is it normal for your servers to go out a few seconds and then going back up, disconnecting everyone? I am not able to connect to the VPS at that time. This happens literally 10 times a day and is really annoying and costing me players and revenue. You also changed the VPS's ip in the middle of the night without informing me causing more down time. I mean, my previous hosting is more expensive but didn't have any of those issues. Not really too satisfied tbh. I paid a year of hosting in advance. I would not recommend it to anyone so far!

    I made a serious complaint on the live chat on why it could be happening and they don't respond at all.

    Hi,

    Please open a ticket with our support department and follow-up. The service should not be disconnecting at all, otherwise we would have a slew of customers complaining on here. If your IP was changed in the middle of the service term it might be due to IP Geo-location. A few of the blocks from our datacenter was not given with geolocation in their respective location and showing a different country. Doesn't serve justice for some customers so we took the action to replace all the IP's accoridngly.

    Please let me know if nobody updates your ticket and I'll make sure it get's into the right hands.

    You get what you pay for. Issues with webhosting arise (reliability/speed) a little too often and while they are usually decent at handling tickets, often times the live agent takes a while to respond or is not even online. It seems like only two employees manage the live chat so sometimes responses take even up to half an hour or more. Sometimes even their own website is slow or goes down every now and then (usually its a one time problem, but its always something). I can't afford to have these problems and will likely be switching to something more reliable, easier access to customer service and with less hiccups. I would personally avoid based off my personal experience for using them well over a year. I won't knock them completely, as they did provide a decent service most of the time but experiencing these problems on multiple occasions is enough for me to switch. I spoke to them now about it and see what they will do performance wise(as it could be something with my website too but we'll see) and if nothing realistically changes then I'm moving on. The poor response time still stands and should be worked on, as it is advertised to be 24/7 but then when you need them no one is there to actually answer.

    I feel so bad for anyone who buys this. After my experience with them for months i got literally people who could speak the most crap English for support and the lag was just fucking awful.Unstable servers and downtime from time to time.
