Sometimes even their own website is slow or goes down every now and then (usually its a one time problem, but its always something). I can't afford to have these problems and will likely be switching to something more reliable, easier access to customer service and with less hiccups. I would personally avoid based off my personal experience for using them well over a year. I won't knock them completely, as they did provide a decent service most of the time but experiencing these problems on multiple occasions is enough for me to switch. I spoke to them now about it and see what they will do performance wise(as it could be something with my website too but we'll see) and if nothing realistically changes then I'm moving on. The poor response time still stands and should be worked on, as it is advertised to be 24/7 but then when you need them no one is there to actually answer.
