    idk what to say about trentahost, i always have problems with them, 2 years ago i used their services and i had like 2-3 problems every week (downtimes etc).
    Now im trying to recover my trentahost account and im not able to do it because i dont get recovery password email (tried to resend but still nothing).
    Support helped me a bit and i got sms with new password but it doesnt work, still not able to log in..

    I wouldn't personally go with TrentaHost, i feel there's a lack of quality with their products as well. The fact there's a 25% offer ALL THE TIME just devalues their products and gives a feeling that it's cheap and rusty. Not a good marketing strategy in my opinion. It feels cheap and low quality. Ticket/Customer service response times are horrible, the amount of money TrentaHost makes is quite high, yet they can't provide a decent customer service.

    Just stating my opinion, this comment isn't intended to offend.


    Edit: Good you improved your customer support services, but your hosting services still the remain the same as 2-3 years ago.

    Idk, customer services seems to be good af, live chat has been online like last 24 hours with almost instant response, same with tickets.
    but sure their services doesnt look any better than it was 2-3 years ago lol.

    Customer Service is fine, customer is getting his responses.

    Services are even better; as you said so yourself we are making enough money... but every time a customer complains doesn't mean our services suck... two sides to every story... We wouldn't be running almost 6 years now if our services sucked would it?

    Not sure what this 2-3 years ago is... if you left on a bad experience that's you... but we have been operating that 2-3 years you left and have grown.

    I'm not sure who this customer is right now as we have multiple chat's going on but I can assure you he's being well taken care of; as it's our job to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

    Looks like its not trentahost fault that i can't connect cpanel or any website thats hosted on trentahost.
    But also my isp provider says that everything is ok on their side so i guess fuck it. Ill just go ahead and use vps 24\7 .-.

    I'm sorry to hear that; it's a very odd issue.. I let you test various IP blocks but it doesn't seem to be loading still for you. Perhaps, sends the traceroutes to your ISP and show them the proof.. there is no way they can say the issue is on our end as the trace block still stops at their routers; and hasn't even reached a single uplink of ours.

    I lasted a month with DivineHost, and RoyaleHost lasted 6 months. Please get your facts straight before you talk, and I was running it when I was 16 years and had school on the side and a load of personal shit.

    Guess what? despite the fact that I was a reseller, i gained over 80 clients within a month. This shouldn't matter now though, this is like 3-4 years old now.

    I'm still insisting on the fact that the quality of your hosting services is quite low, and that you should be doing better because the market is very competitive. Raise your standards pal, you've had the same webdesign for the past 2-3 years?

    i would change it as well. You've been running the same promotion, 25% OFF for more than how many months/years now? your marketing is boring, look what other businesses do man, get more creative with what you offer and how you do it. You don't do anything different compared to any other host. "TrentaHost" is the same as any other host I've seen so far, but not OVH, GoDaddy, etc..

    These are just things that you should consider working on, because there is nothing new so far.

    If my way of thinking exists towards TrentaHost, then what makes you think the possibility of others thinking the sameway does not exist? this is no hate comment, but you should really sit down and think to yourself what changes you can do improve rather than sitting on a pile of $ and being proud of yourself, because that satisfaction is temporary if you don't change.

    That brings my thoughts and opinions to an end, if you wish to discuss this further drop me a PM. If you reply here, then I won't reply but i'll read your response.
