    they used to answer in minutes, now its like hours if not days lmao. Not sure what happened with their customer support.
    Mason is lazy af to log out if he's not available, shows "mason is online" but he never response. GG

    Yep, I've been with them for just over a year and had used them previously there and here years ago - all was well and good with occasional issues here and now with them (mainly with support and no response for extremely long periods).

    Trying to contact them since Saturday about an issue with my domain expiring today (Monday 14th August), as MaxMind Fraud Prevention keeps rejecting me due to apparent fraud and if my domain expires I will lose profit from my store.


    It took countless hours to get a reply from their live chat and even by support ticket they were constantly ignoring/not replying purposely, when I got a reply from live chat they told me they are "working on the ticket" (I had opened a support ticket prior to contacting via live chat) and will "update it soon".

    They didn't do nothing whatsoever, they NEVER updated me, just kept delaying me and couldn't be bothered to assist.

    I then find my own way of getting past this annoying maxMind fraud error through manually adding funds to my account and added funds to my balance to use to pay for my domain renewal, I successfully add money to my account and it's randomly taken after successfully adding funds into my trentahost balance, the balance is no longer on the account and I don't know what it's been used for.

    My domain is still set to expire today and I contacted support to find out where the hell my balance has disappeared to and clearly stated it was a matter of urgency due to it being a case of domain expiration and needing to renew by today.

    Have tried to contact them since yesterday morning all till today to which I have had close to no response or assistance, the occasional reply will be "they've forwarded it to their billing department" (WHERE THE HELL ARE THEY? THEY NEVER REPLY!!) and then constantly state to me that they are working on it and will get back to me soon, they have NOT done F all since my first contact on Saturday - they're LAZY and USELESS.

    Support is tragically disgusting and useless, I do not recommend going with this host whatsoever.

    Support isn't constantly stating throughout the period of 3 days on and off that you're working on my support ticket(s) and will update with me soon, in which soon to them practically means whenever they can be bothered, what's the point of having a live chat if you do not bother to respond to customers for hours on hours or maybe not at all? When you choose to respond to just state you're working on something which in reality isn't being worked on, people use live chat as a method of instant support not to be lied to and constantly delayed especially when it's as urgent as an expiring domain and problems not being able to process a payment or funds missing after adding money to balance.

    Regardless if something is for a specific department, see to it that it's resolved almost instantly and not delayed or left to be forgotten about, sales support shouldn't be above billing/tech support - do the people whom apparently "work" in support actually know what they're doing?

    any information when will you talk your support ? It's terrible slow now , like getting answer on chatbox in coupel hours if not more (even tho shows that support is online) and whenever i got answer from chatbox, your support told me that support ticket will be updated shortly, but nope..
    It's been 8 days and my domain is still not xfered to your host :/

    All these complaints, yet he keeps posting that promotion....

    Then tells me that I have absolutely no clue about hosting, maybe I don't. But I know what good customer support is.

    Keeps coming up with excuses about this and that, if you expect to go far in the industry then excuses from the book as before won't get you anywhere.

    Don't even bother with this company.

    Switch to Sitespace or Rawhost, forget this. He's probably gonna end up replying with more excuses as to why the services are low quality.

    There is no excuse whats so ever that this company isn't able to afford/provide a high quality service considering the amount of clients they have. It's carelessness, lack of planning, profit saving, and the fact that their business strategy, if they have one, is terrible.

    I can only see this company shutting down in future, unless they quit with the excuses and start with re-constructing their customer support and services.

    Not trying to hate, openly expressing how I feel about TrentaHost, they started off well and now it's a company that is slowly degrading and falling.

    My domain has expired 2 days ago now and I have not received ANY reply whatsoever from them since like Saturday/Sunday (I can't remember), apart from the usual "We're sorry for the delay, we're reviewing your ticket" rubbish.

    MaxMind apparent fraud error, then find a way to bypass as to add funds to my account balance, once add the funds to my account to renew my domain the funds disappear immediately and I can't renew my domain, domain expired and now I can't do anything to renew or get it back.

    I can't do anything about this whatsoever, lost my domain and my business because of this and they can't give the decency to reply to me or resolve it when I've paid money into renewing it.

    Will be taking this matter with my funds disappearing to my bank for a lovely dispute and seeing what I can do about my domain in a few days time if this continues, shouldn't have such an awful support system where apparently they're online 24-7 to respond and assist but NO ONE replies at all whatsoever, lazy as hell and incompetent team.

    You should open a dispute and try to get a refund. Then afterwards go with another provider. Take a look at all the recent reviews on this thread.

    Sounds like a plan buddy, TH has been known to not provide good support.

    Monday, August 14th - was posted my support ticket - no answer
    Monday, August 7th - was bought services from trentahost - yet its still pending.
    Cmon you can do better trentahost.
