To answer your questions - I'm partly reselling, I got one dedicated server at home. Our setup is instant, yes. It will be setup even if you don't pay, but will be suspended in 5 days in case you still have not payed. We're kind of struggling with our live chat at the moment, but if you write a ticket, it will be answered within 2-3 hours. If you need urgent help, just ask for my MSN adresse.
