Which web-host do you recommend for a free reliable service good for an RSPS forum?

I see there are tonnes in this section so I guess finding the best would be a bit tricky..

Why not just fork out a few dollars a month?? You usually get a free domain name with web hosting too... and if your hosting an RSPS forum its best to get an offshore host.

Thanks but I'm already with them but the forum I'm using until I start on donations (MyBB) seems to be really slow and a "Server too busy" messages keeps appearing.

I'm willing to pay for a good service if it's worth it. Could you recommend any offshore hosts?

7.99$ - But Ddos protected as well. Not a bad offer. This the most expensive plan. I think lowest is 2.00 - Still with Ddos Protecction.
But I recommend the 7.99$ becuase of more bandwidth and space.

I think I'll use this site. Thanks for the advice with the webclient also, I'll do that too Do you have any problems with them or know of any? And does it have DDoS protection etc and are the safe?
