I am in need of a great and reliable offshore webhost. (NOTHING TOO EXPENSIVE!)
It cannot have downtime. I also want it to be "quick", as I've heard from someone that an offshore webhost he used was giving him "high load times".
DDoS protection is optional, if you know one with moderate DDoS protection you can post it, but any off shore webhost will do.

Semi-dedicated is fast as shit but it's 15$-20 a month but it's well worth it, also buy your own dedicated ip for a additional $2
