    What do you think is the best solution for this? I'm curious, and I'd like to find more options for RSPS owners to purchase different servers for webhosting in areas where they are protected from incidents like this.

    To be completly honest as long as you are not a complete pussy and you allow your customers around 2 days to take all their files and move else where it should be fine. As for locations right now central europe would be ideal eg Lithuania, Ukraine etc.
