Requirements:
None you just need to make a payment of $14.99 for a month.

You pay $14.99 a month. You have 1 day after your month is up to renew your your vps by sending another $14.99 for an additional month or it will be shutdown and you will not be able to access it again.

When you send the payment a email will be sent to you with details on how to log on to the vps.

Basically i have no website atm, because i really suck at web designing and i have no one to do it for me.

Well they can run on linux, But you need a better linux then that.

photoshop, nah these are the actual specs on the computer.
if your going to try to flame no what you are talking about other
wise dont comment because you sound stupid, and there are plenty servers
running on linux for your information.

he said he doesn't know how to use Linux, so that's a problem i don't want him to pay for the vps and be stuck with something he can't operate.

I can teach him some stuff.
