This is a reseller it's a fact I don't like the service too much already seeing how the live support was not live at all. things seem over priced too

You have no idea what live support means, we have 24/7 support. But it doesn't mean we have live chat online 24/7. All the support departments are busy with tickets then. Also, read the main post. I already said we are using a reseller for the webhosting.

I know you already said it's a reseller, but resellers just aren't as good as the legit hosting services. Anyone who is smart enough to write their name could be a reseller

So whats your point? Our support is way better, and you can't say its bad, since you don't even know our services.

I know, but the USA servers are fast.

All there servers are slow IMO, I've had customers transfer from santrex and they see a huge difference in speed.
