This is simple if you have a vps or webhosting i will setup your forums and a webclient. I do not provide the domain or anything, i will only ask to be admin on the forums, i dont care about the server or any profit you make. Also i can provide forums (legit vbulletin not nulled) and any others you want, also i can provide hosting for a few sites, at 1$ per month and if you want a domain its a 3$ fee per year.
