well if only if you don't play Runescape anymore or just want a private server real bad.
i will accept accounts levels 35 to level 70 there dose not have to be any items on account. :modi don't want levels 90 and above because i know some idiots out there always ask for their account back)

1. Anyone can run a server 24/7, but how much lag it will have is the thing people are concerned about.

2. There are already clients made that are suitable for any server with under 2-3 edits.

3.i can make you choose source of your liking. <- Server source is the server the person who makes the server chooses not what you choose, or what you can make. This is hosting section also.

4.Anyone can post a server on Moparscape. Also Rune-Server has their own Server Status list that isn't full of junk.

5.There is really no need for the update part as owner of server can do him/herself

That seems like your going to try to scam someone honestly
